New Whittington Primary School

This page celebrates all the children that have been awarded a Gold Badge as part of our Awards Scheme. To get a blue badge you have to earn 125 merits. Merits are awarded for positive effort, great pieces of work and acts of kindness towards other children.

Badges are presented in our celebration assemblies on Friday, and then they are worn with pride forever more!

It is really hard to earn a Gold Badge, and we expect that only a small percentage of pupils will earn one each year. Those who wear a Gold Badge are role models for everyone, and we look to them to lead by example.
